Tired or demotivated?

The genuine answer is “A day when I don’t have to work”, “A day when I could wake up late”, “A day when finally I could rest”. Have you ever thought, Why do you want to take rest only from your work on a weekend, when the rest of the activities you do, are the same every day? I know after a continuous work cycle of 5 days, we need a change and a bit of relaxation. It's actually healthy for our mental and physical health as it replenishes our energy. But all we are doing is, tying ourselves to a continuous cycle where we feel relieved when we don’t have to work i.e. Saturday and Sunday.
