  Life is precious. You rule your life when you live it with discipline and the right principles. Below are some of the points from the book "IKIGAI" that could help us lead a good life. 1. Follow an 80-20 rule while eating. Always eat 80% and leave 20% stomach empty. So that your digestive system doesn't have to work much on digesting your meals. This Keeps you active. 2. When you work on something, always keep distracting things away. This helps you to attain a state of flow which in turn helps you get better concentration and pay attention to the minute details 3. Taking too much stress make your body age faster 4. If you keep sitting for more than 30-40 minutes, The mechanism of the body slows down. It turns lethargic.  5. Walk for at least 20 mins in the morning every day.   6. Follow a POMODORO principle while working. 25 mins of work, 5 mins of break makes 1 POMODORO. Make 4 POMODOROS and take a longer break.   Why are people scared of Monday mornings? Why do they sleep unhappy on a Sunday night and happily on Friday night? Why can't we sleep happily on weekdays?
