Optimism can be learned from anyone - Not only influencers

I have a beautiful home - Everyone has. In 2021, It needed some repairs. So my dad hired a construction team that consisted of a senior and 3 laborers.

Every day, the team would come. The senior would command the laborers, they used to work - an everyday story it was. But I observed something in one of them that changed the view of my life - One of the laborers

A lively human - who couldn't listen, who couldn't speak - name's SHIVA. Every day, when Shiva came to work, he would greet everyone happily, with his big smile๐Ÿ˜. He couldn't speak but still was very chirpy. His voice made everyone smile. Without any reason, he used to laugh his heart out. There was a space between his two teeth that looked kinda cute and funny when he laughed. ๐Ÿ˜‚

There everyone got exhausted till the end of the day and here he used to dance without any music. Maybe, his lively heartbeat was his music. He helped and cared for everyone in his team, A real Team player.

The enthusiasm in him intrigued me. He lived his life without any regrets, he used to come with an optimistic mind to the work. Guess what, he used to complete his work before anyone else could and used to enjoy the thing that he completed first๐Ÿ˜‚ (I am still smiling while writing๐Ÿ˜…). LOL, such crazy he was but he was an optimist

I realized if this person with a disability could enjoy life this way, why can't fully-abled people like us do the same? We are well-educated, Live in a good community, eat good, dress up well, meet good people.  Life is difficult, no one has it easy. Everyone has their own question paper. But to make it a win-win, Be an optimist like SHIVA or Be SHIVA๐Ÿ˜‡

Arts of a manager

It's been a month since my journey in management started. There are new things unfolding themselves. Till now I have observed 2 things that seem very important to becoming a good manager  1. The art of observation: When it comes to getting out productivity from the team, You first have to understand the work nature of each member on the team. You have to think like each and every one of them and try to be a different person to everyone. Every day you put your feet in the shoes of each one of them. You have to become a multi-personality person at the same time  Thus constant observation is necessary. Until you reach the root of their behavior in different situations, Getting the work done by them is pretty difficult. I am still working on it as it is a very long chapter  2. Prioritization Your team is totally dependent on you when it comes to information. Whatever you communicate will be worked upon by them. At the end of the day, The output depends upon the inform...

EXPLORE YOURSELF

Life is full of wrong and right turns. You have to pass through these turns to get to the right path.  Sometimes na, it happens .... it happens that before getting to the right path, we take some wrong turns. It is called EXPLORATION You are probably in the exploration stage of your life , where you are taking turns, staying there for a while, and observing things. And now you have started feeling stuck. By the way, Feeling stuck is good. It is a reminder, HEY, TIME TO TAKE THE NEXT TURN !!! and   BELIEVE ME!!! It's worth taking. When you move, you GROW and become a better DECISION MAKER . You become more EXPERIENCED.  Experience is the best teacher and Movement is an important aspect of life. Move but don't run. Move- experience-learn at your own pace -  INTERNAL EXPLORATION.  Remember, Every time, switching situations don't help.... in turn.... it might get you stuck in another situation. Maybe, some aspects of that situation need to be changed and not ...
